Technicien de maintenance CVC - Poste basé à Bordeaux (F/H/X)
AbbVie seeks an HVAC maintenance technician based in Bordeaux to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role involves equipment operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and support for new system installations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HVAC installations, cold units, and associated utilities per GMP standards
- Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities
- Monitor and oversee contractor work on HVAC projects and maintenance operations
- Track interventions and maintain complete documentation in GMAO system
- Participate in equipment inspection rounds and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- BTS in industrial maintenance or HVAC/energy engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in heating, cooling, or refrigeration system maintenance
- Expertise in air handling units, direct expansion cooling, and chilled water systems
- Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and control panel diagnostics
- Understanding of automation, process control, and instrumentation systems
- Proficiency with Excel, GMAO software, and technical documentation tools
- English reading comprehension for technical materials
