Your Responsibilities

• Assist with reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Support users with booking, modification, and cancellation requests.
• Handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with hotels to arrange special requests and booking requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and hotels to help resolve issues and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel partners through excellent service.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all requests.

What We're Looking For

• French (C1-C2) and English (B2-C1) .
• EU passport or a valid Portugal work permit.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, reservations, or contact center environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts based on business needs.
