To learn more about our site and our activities: Airbus Helicopters - Marignane Your future missions: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic personal assistant with a positive mindset to join the teams in charge of the Korean Cooperation & Transverse Programme activities. The position will consist of assisting the Korean Cooperation & Transverse Programme and his direct reports with administrative, logistics, planning and organization tasks. The position will as well consist in supporting the team members in some of their administrative and organizational tasks. Your future missions: You will ensure the following activities: * Support to the Head of the Korean Cooperation & Transverse Programme: * Manage agenda and mail: prioritizing, collecting information for decision making for the manager / team when appropriate; * Perform administrative tasks for manager / team; * Handle office administrative duties (phone, meeting/event admin, HR requirements, expenses…) * Define and anticipate needs when possible; organize / plan meetings; align with other assistants (stakeholders, functions); manage MoM (e.g. follow up communication, actions), keep distribution lists updated; * Handle logistics for events, weblives, etc. * Take in charge the cascade of internal and external information in the team; * Be the focal point for IT & Facility Management * Contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders. * Promote initiatives to reduce environmental footprint (reduction of printing, plastic, waste) Your profile: * Strong values ​​(honesty, trust, authenticity, etc.), ability to influence, team spirit, empathy * Autonomous, positive, and highly responsive in a fast-paced team * Proficient in computer skills * Ability to organize and prioritize work, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * French & English are required 3 Reasons to join us: Our [Values]( Six essential values form the core of our company.
