About the Role

We are looking for a Content Moderator to support the French-speaking market . In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and internal policies, helping to maintain a safe and positive online environment.

This position suits individuals who are detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate French-language content
• Apply policies and guidelines accurately and consistently
• Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk content when required
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
• Document moderation decisions clearly and follow established workflows
• Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to improve outcomes

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent French with good English skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content professionally
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive mindset
