National Commercial Manager, France

Role Overview
Eitan Medical is seeking an experienced National Commercial Manager to lead commercial growth across France for our ambulatory electronic infusion pump and digital health portfolio.
This role will drive adoption of Eitan Medical’s infusion technologies across Hospitals, Homecare and specialist therapy markets (oncology, parenteral nutrition, immunology, pain management and hospital-at-home programs).
The successful candidate will combine strategic market development, key account leadership, Sales force and Business management to accelerate sales growth and expand the national installed base.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Market Development
• Develop and execute the national commercial strategy for our portfolio in France to achieve revenue, market share and profitability targets in France.
• Support the Sales Team, and prioritize high-value therapy areas, including:
o Oncology infusion
o Home parenteral nutrition (HPN)
o Immunoglobulin therapy
o PAH therapies
o Palliative care
o Hospital-at-home infusion services
o Pain management
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with 1-key National Public/private buying group hospital pharmacy/biomed departments, clinical leaders and procurement teams.2-national Homecare providers.
• Identify growth opportunities and help drive conversion from legacy infusion technologies to Eitan Medical systems.
• Collaborate with the management team, Sales Operations and Marketing on developing and executing the business plan.
Key Account Management
• With their team and personally, support, manage and drive key accounts, including university hospitals, cancer centers and homecare providers.
• Lead and be instrumental in complex capital equipment sales cycles, including:
o Clinical evaluations
o Technical demonstrations
o Health economic discussions
o Tender submissions
• Develop multi-year growth plans for the French market.
• Drive sustainable growth in reoccurring disposable and SaaS sales
Team Leadership and development
• Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Tender & Procurement Leadership
• Manage public hospital tenders and group purchasing organization relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical, clinical, and commercial proposals.
• Manage national framework agreements and pricing strategies.
Distributor & Partner Management
• Manage and support distribution partners where applicable.
• Provide training and strategic guidance to maximize partner performance.
Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and market intelligence
Clinical/Technical/marketing Engagement
• Oversee product positioning and promotional activities. Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapy areas.
• Represent the company at national congresses and professional meetings.
Forecasting & Business Management
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed
• Track KPIs including:
o Installed base growth
o Consumable utilization
o Market share and therapy penetration
• Provide strategic insight to regional leadership on market trends and competitive dynamics.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8–10 yrs experience in medical device sales
• Management and marketing experience, including leading sales teams.
• Proven success selling infusion pumps, drug delivery systems, or Anesthesia/critical care devices.
• Strong understanding of French healthcare procurement and hospital tender processes.
• Experience selling capital equipment with associated consumables.
• Demonstrated success managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Experience in one or more of the following markets:
• Ambulatory device/infusion pumps
• Oncology infusion delivery
• Hospital-at-home programs
• Critical care or anesthesia devices
• Healthcare SaaS
Existing relationships with hospital pharmacies, clinical nutrition teams, oncology departments, Pain Management teams and / or Palliative care clinical teams are highly advantageous.
