Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager in Rehabilitation
Are you passionate about healthcare and looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager in Rehabilitation to join our organization on a fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in healthcare management, rehabilitation, or related fields.
Your Role
As a Healthcare Manager in Rehabilitation, you will:
- Organize and coordinate paramedical and rehabilitation activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists.
- Ensure the smooth operation of rehabilitation services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- A Master’s degree or an IFCS diploma, with a strong background in rehabilitation and post-acute care being a plus.
Working Conditions
This position offers:
- A competitive gross monthly salary of €3,150.
- A 14th-month salary paid pro-rata based on time worked.
- Meal vouchers and full reimbursement of transport costs within the RTM network.
