About the Project

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Video Data Capture Technician for AI in Construction to operate reality capture equipment, such as 360-degree cameras and other surveying tools. You will be responsible for capturing comprehensive data of construction sites in Marseille using equipment and methodologies that align with our technical specifications for algorithmic analysis.

• This position is suitable for students (contrat étudiant) and individuals seeking complementary employment
• Candidates must be authorized to work in France
• Schedule: 8–10 hours per week (approximately one full business day).
• Capture is currently scheduled on Fridays, with possible adjustments based on project needs.

What You’ll Do

• Operate 360° cameras and surveying equipment to efficiently capture the construction site.
• Document and communicate the progress of the work being done on-site.
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of the site and equipment by strictly following all site-specific safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to adapt to the technical requirements of each project.
• Work on large-scale construction sites in Marseille as part of the role.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability: One full weekday (8 to 10 hours) per week.
• Physical Fitness: Comfort walking long distances and standing for long periods on active, outdoor construction sites.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and specialized camera equipment.
• Communication: Fluent in English; must be able to follow complex safety briefings.
• Dependability: Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality data execution.
• Nice to Have: Background in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or previous site-based work.

Commercial Terms

• Pay: €15.00 – €18.00 gross per hour per hour (depending on experience).
• Training: Professional training on reality capture processes and site safety provided.
• Impact: Contribute directly to AI-driven innovation in the construction sector.
