Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
- Handle product, service, and order-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet KPIs and service quality standards
Candidate Profile
- French: Native level
- English: B2 or higher
- EU work permit required (no visa/sponsorship provided)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
Salary & Benefits
- €1,045 gross/month x14 salaries
- Performance bonus

- 2 weeks hotel accommodation

- The company fully supports your accommodation search and covers real estate agency fees
- Housing is usually shared accommodation , with an estimated cost of €250–€300/month , which is considered a very competitive price for Athens
