French Speaking Customer Service Agent - Work In Sofia - Paid Relocation
Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a compelling opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team based in Sofia. This position includes paid relocation support, providing an excellent chance to develop your career while living and working in Bulgaria’s vibrant capital.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver efficient and comprehensive support.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation expenses covered by the company.
