**Job Description:** Within a team integrated into the heart of production services, you will be responsible for defining and managing the production planning of a helicopter range. Your tasks will include: * Evaluating production programs and requirements, including recovery plans. * Defining associated production scenarios based on the factory schedule and the availability of all resources. * Proposing the best solution to meet program/factory needs based on the production scenarios created. * Preparing and participating in or leading Master Production meetings involving all stakeholders. * Obtaining commitments and challenging participants not to postpone planning each time. * Building, updating, and analyzing KPIs measuring the execution of the production plan and deliveries, defining the improvement plan and associated actions. * Formalizing the production scenario and communicating the plan to all stakeholders. * Ensuring the schedule is respected. * Maintaining planning parameters and models in planning tools. **Are you our future talent?** * Graduation from top schools or universities * Ideally a specialization in Supply Chain / Production Management. * Minimum 3 years of experience * Solid knowledge in: * Production Management * Planning * SAP **To complete his team, Patrick relies on your qualities:** * Flexibility * Facilitator / Sense of mediation * Positive and collaborative approach / strong interpersonal skills * Dynamism * As an international company, we work in a multicultural environment: an advanced level is mandatory.
