We are looking for a hands-on *Employment Marketing Manager (f/m)* to develop and execute an Airbus Helicopters strategy in line with our global strategy for Airbus that encompasses and leverages our core values and strategic vision. To learn more about our site and our activities: Airbus Helicopters - Marignane **Your future missions:** As Airbus accelerates our purpose in pioneering sustainable aerospace, the Employment Marketing Manager will lead our efforts to build the Airbus brand for Airbus Helicopters, working with partners across the organization to tell the story of what it is like to work at Airbus and ensuring it is consistently and meaningfully represented across all candidate touch points in order to strengthen our brand awareness, increase candidate reach, and position Airbus as an Employer of Choice. This is a unique opportunity to help shape, drive and implement the actions that meet the needs of our Airbus Helicopters business across France & Germany, in the short and longer term.
  • Your key accountabilities:*
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and organizational leaders to understand our short and longer term talent needs, to execute the right strategies towards active and passive talent, from diverse backgrounds and experience
  • Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts
  • Adapt messaging as appropriate to resonate with the different segments of talent
  • Understand and craft inclusive recruitment marketing campaigns, using the adapted messages and select the channels (physical and digital) most effective to reach that talent segment
  • Connect, and where appropriate lead, people involved in partnerships with universities to maximise those relationships for employer brand recognition and talent attraction
  • Work with external partners and agencies to deliver on brand and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI.
Briefly, you are organized, at ease with digital tools and social media and love connecting the dots (and people!). You are someone recognized for how you listen, understand and communicate messages to people in different contexts. This position is part of the global Employment Marketing team, with leadership of Employment Marketing activities for Airbus Helicopters globally, with activities primarily located in France & Germany.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need*
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • More than 5 years professional experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Possess the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and across functions
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Personal effectiveness and credibility
Desirable experience:
  • Growing talent pool in niche markets as well as mass volume recruitment (apprenticeships and graduate programmes)
