Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced *Scrum Matser *to join our Information Management (IM) / IT Department within the *Analytics Solution *domain based in Marignane or Donauwörth. • Your challenges: *
• * Guide and facilitate * all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives) for a Data & Analytics squad of 10 people .
• * Ensure * the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity, secure sprint commitments, and deliver high-quality SAP BI products .
• * Protect * the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress .
• * Collaborate * closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog .
• * Monitor and report * squad performance, velocity metrics, and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces .
• Your profile: *
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership, Coaching, or Scrum Master roles .
• Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, and agile governance .
• Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery, dependencies, and metrics .
• Background or strong functional knowledge within Data & Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments .
• Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, SASM, SSM) are highly desirable .
