Project Manager - Nuclear Operations

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join a leading company in the nuclear sector, based in Marseille, France. What will your responsibilities be? * Manage and coordinate nuclear projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and project efficiency. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and act as a key point of contact between technical staff, clients, and stakeholders. * Track project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions where needed. * Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, schedules, and resource planning. * Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments. Minimum requirements: * Degree in Engineering, preferably in Nuclear Engineering or a related technical field. A postgraduate qualification in business or project management (e.g. MBA, PMP) is a strong asset. * At least 5 years of experience in project or operations management within the nuclear sector, with hands-on involvement in complex projects and industrial environments. * Full professional proficiency in French, and a good working knowledge of English or Spanish. * Solid foundation in nuclear safety, with a strong grasp of industry regulations and compliance frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promote effective collaboration, and deliver results in a highly regulated and demanding environment. * Extensive experience in project planning, risk management, and process optimization, with proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
