Apprenticeship - AI Partnerships Operations Coordinator

YOUR ROLE

Within the Group's AI Division, and reporting to the AI Strategy & Partnerships team, you will support the team in the operational management and monitoring of the Group's AI partnerships. You will contribute to the coordination of technology partners and ensure the smooth running of associated projects, in an international and innovative environment:

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• AI Partnership Monitoring & Coordination
  • You participate in the operational monitoring of existing partnerships (e.g. technology players, software vendors, AI providers)
  • You assist in coordinating exchanges with partners (meetings, meeting minutes, follow-up actions)
  • You contribute to tracking contractual, financial and operational commitments, in liaison with internal teams
• AI Project Support
  • You participate in monitoring projects carried out with partners (planning, deliverables, progress updates)
  • You contribute to the preparation of backlog reviews and steering committees
  • You ensure the update of monitoring and reporting tools
    
• Contribution to Partnership Strategy
  • You conduct analyses and benchmarks of potential partners (startups, software vendors, research labs, universities)
  • You assist in structuring and documenting the Group's AI partner ecosystem
  • You participate in fostering engagement within the partner ecosystem (market watch, best practice sharing, internal materials)..

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or university (master’s level), with an interest in AI, tech and/or innovation
• You have an interest in partnerships, project management and technology-driven environments
• You demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
• You have a good level of written and verbal communication, in both French and English
• Your curiosity, analytical mindset and eagerness to learn will be key to your success throughout your work-study program
