Internship - IT Project Management Officer

YOUR ROLE

Within the Global Region Department, you strengthen the PMO team whose mission is to manage the budget, resources and monitore projects:

• You analyze the follow-up of your department's budget (follow-up of consumption, claiming status, follow-up of invoices, follow-up of resources ...) by defining KPIs, developing reports with explanations of variances and reporting alerts.
• You manage purchase requests from the MEI Region Department and support others.
• You establish the budget forecasts for the MEI Region Department in collaboration with all IT Managers, Management Control according to a schedule defined by Governance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• You participate in projects to improve and evolve Project Management processes, you contribute to POCs on new tools, you bring your knowledge and experience with a constructive approach.
• You ensure compliance with the procedures put in place by Governance and assist Managers with the tools available at IT.
• You make available in a Sharepoint repository the documents to be shared with all managers of the Operations Department (staff monitoring, KPI Budget, leave monitoring, etc.).
• You coordinate the monitoring and reporting of your scope.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• You are currently following a Master 2 in IT / Engineering.
• You master computer and office tools (especially in excel, O365, Sharepoint,...).
• Your analytical mind and your sense of organization, combined with your open-mindedness and good interpersonal skills, will be assets to succeed in this position.
• You demonstrate Rigor, autonomy and pro-activity with a collaborative spirit.
• Your English is operational.

Assignment:
Position based in Marseille.
6-month internship.
