HR/Labor Law Internship (M/F)

ORGANIZATION OF 2027 WORKS COUNCIL (CSE) ELECTIONS AND RENEGOTIATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS

In 2027, CMA CGM Air Cargo will organize its Works Council (CSE) elections for approximately 230 employees to renew the members of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE). As part of this process, we are looking for a HR/Labor Law intern for a 6-month period to support the HR Department in the full organization of the election, from the pre-electoral agreement protocol to the vote counting. Additionally, the internship will involve preparing the renegotiation of several collective agreements, including the CSE Agreement and the Pilots’ Collective Agreement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Human Resources Department , you will be responsible for:

1. Administrative and Legal Preparation

• Participate in the drafting and negotiation of the pre-electoral agreement protocol with trade unions.
• Ensure the legal compliance of the protocol.
• Prepare the electoral rolls.

2. Logistics and Communication

• Organize negotiation meetings with trade unions.
• Coordinate with the electronic voting provider.
• Create communication materials (posters, emails, etc.).
• Manage candidacies (compliance, deadlines, gender parity).

3. Operational Monitoring of the Election

• Ensure the smooth running of the electronic voting process.
• Supervise the vote counting.
• Draft the minutes of the election.

4. Renegotiation of Collective Agreements

• CSE Agreement: Contribute to defining adapted operating modalities for the committee to establish a conventional framework in the months following the new CSE’s implementation.
• Pilots’ Collective Agreement: Participate in redrafting the conventional framework to align it with the future challenges of the company.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Education

• Master’s 1 or 2 in Labor Law / Employment Law
• Bar exam preparation

Required Skills

• Proficiency in the French Labor Code (works council elections, CSE, trade union law).
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Project management basics (planning, deadline tracking).

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

• Duration : 6 months (starting November 2026).
• Location : CMA CGM Air Cargo Headquarters – Marseille (13002), France.
• Working Hours : 35 hours/week.
