If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey and unlock your full potential, apply below. **What you will be doing ** You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Delivery & Safety Quality Manager and can expect to be involved in the following: Elaborate way to better streamline New helicopter and Maintenance repair and overall Helicopter deliveries and how to contribute to deliver on time, on cost, on quality (including Airbus safety standard). Understand, Improve efficiency of safety, both on product and processes especially in ways of delivering helicopters considering specificities and transversal roles of each stakeholders thus generating high level of customer satisfaction Enhance safety culture and actions, Improve the sustainability of the customer care within Airbus Helicopters Get familiarized with SAP/Elogbook/CORD tools in use and bring your strong expertise in developing activities using AI, automation within google workspace to foster performance measurement and efficiency Learn also from a Quality and Safety stand point how to accompany helicopter deliveries and work on best practice sharing between Programs Teach to the team automation/ basic programming use with IA use to upgrade team skills and overall performance The graduate will work in two different areas in France and one international area Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Delivery & Safety Quality Manager **What we are looking for** To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Aeronautical Engineering (with proven records such as OEM training periods, association memberships, pilots licence ...as example)
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English), a second/third language is a plus
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
