As part of our growth, we are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer confirmé (Intune / Android) to join one of our international clients operating in a large-scale, business-critical IT environment.

Permanent Contract (CDI)

Location: Marseille

On-site presence: 1 day remote/week.

Context

You will join an international IT Operations team responsible for supporting critical IT services across a large operational environment.

The role combines Workplace Support, Systems Administration and Mobile Device Management, ensuring the availability, security and continuous improvement of IT services while supporting end users and operational teams.

This position requires a hands-on engineer able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage production environments and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for IT systems and business applications.
• Ensure the operational availability of workplace environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate critical incident resolution and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Mobile Device Management

• Manage Android devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Samsung Knox enrollment and device compliance.
• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) operations.

Infrastructure & Systems

• Deploy and maintain Windows, Linux and virtualized environments.
• Support servers, workstations and network equipment.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure workstation compliance with security policies.
• Contribute to vulnerability management and remediation.
• Support backup, recovery and monitoring initiatives.

IT Service Management

• Manage operational backlogs and priorities.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Maintain IT asset lifecycle documentation.

Continuous Improvement

• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Improve monitoring, industrialization and automation processes.
• Contribute to service reliability and operational excellence.

Profile Required

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
• Strong experience providing Level 2/3 support.
• Experience within international environments is highly appreciated.
