Your Role
As a Rehabilitation Health Manager, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating paramedical and rehabilitation activities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychomotricians, ensuring high-quality care and effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate rehabilitation activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a Bac+4 degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience as a Health Manager with a Master 2 or IFCS diploma is preferred.
- Knowledge in post-acute care and rehabilitation is a plus.
Working Conditions
This position offers a competitive gross monthly salary of €3,150, with the 14th month paid pro-rata based on time worked. Additional benefits include:
