Internship - Logistics Reefer Officer

YOUR ROLE

Within the Reefer department, you will be involved in monitoring vessel loading by analyzing bookings and loading forecasts for the upcoming weeks.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Monitor the return of containers to leasing companies based on stock levels and negotiated quotas, and follow up as necessary with agents worldwide.
• Track container production and manage their pickup at the factory.
• Monitor immobilized containers.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Improve the reliability of stock forecasts through the implementation of monitoring and control of booking forecasts and variance analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc operational studies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a higher education background, such as a Master’s degree from a business or engineering school.
• You are proficient in IT and office tools (strong command of Excel).
• Your team spirit and operational curiosity will be key assets for success in this role.
• Your interpersonal skills will help you integrate smoothly into the team.
• You have a good command of English.
