In the frame of our *NEW ERP program* at Airbus Helicopters in *Marignane*, we are looking for you as our new *Delivery manager *(d/f/m) Join us to shape the future of aeronautics and help protect lives during missions accomplished thanks to our helicopters. The Marignane site, the 3rd largest industrial site in France, near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, is undergoing a deep transformation to offer a high-tech, inclusive, and environmentally friendly working environment. To learn more about our site and our activities: Airbus Helicopters - Marignane *New ERP program - What is it about?* New ERP is not just an upgrade of our current SAP solution to the last and most modern version SAP S4/HANA. This is a profound transformation program aiming at revisiting our processes, methods, tools and data model to build together with all Business Functions our future and sustainable backbone that will allow working smarter, quicker for our people, customers, suppliers and our businesses. New ERP program is composed of several Core Models that are targeting company End-to-End processes. They are listed below:

• Core model Central Finance (CFIN)
• Core model Planning & scheduling (IBP)
• Core model Logistics and warehouse (eWM)
• Core model parts distribution
• Core model Maintenance Repair and Overhaul of aircraft
• Core model parts internal repair management
• Core model Make to Stock
• Core model Make to Order
• Your mission*

Reporting to the Head of Program New ERP, you will be in charge to define and execute the global roadmap for building and delivering integrated solutions fulfilling the requirements of each core model in terms of Processes, Methods, Tools and Data. You will coordinate activities of the Core Model Project Managers (CMPM) within the Program to ensure that new ERP program is delivering on time (according to the deployment plan), on cost and on quality, while ensuring a strong synchronization between the different core models but also with the initiatives on-going at Airbus group level (Ariba, OneSupplier, AirSupply, MyQA, etc.) *Your key tasks & your accountabilities* Fully integrated into the New ERP Program and plateau, you will act as the program leader for the delivery of the global and worldwide Airbus Helicopters solution (Process / Methods / Tools and Data) In that function, you will:

• Manages the program's development & deployment strategy and its associated roadmap including the overall IT landscape transformation connected to the New ERP deployment,
• Establishes and maintains the detailed integrated planning for all activities to be performed in S4/HANA, but also for all dependent projects,
• Defines synchronization milestones for the integrated planning and associated expectations towards all contributing teams (Integrator Representative, AH IM SAP Product Service Line, any other AH Product Service Line, Airbus Group IM...),
• Ensures the complete integrated planning is realistic & reliable,
• Ensures that the contributing organizations have the right level of information to plan their budget and resources according to the planning and the expected level of maturity on activities,
• Manages the execution of the planning and escalates as soon as potential deviations could occur. Proposes and builds mitigation plans with the various stakeholders.
• Ensures the requirements are met to pass the quality gates and leads the Go / No Go reviews at every critical milestones,
• Decides on the detailed schedule of solution building activities,
• Ensure that the project is delivering on time, on cost and on quality,
• Manage Risks and Opportunities related to the delivery of the solutions.

• Master study in Information Technology or comparable
• Experienced in highly complex IT projects
• Rigor on facts, plans and figures
• Team player and relationship management (Program, System Integrator, IM, Business)
• Experienced in SAP project management
• Communication
