Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager in Rehabilitation
Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager in Rehabilitation for a temporary position. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in health management, including those with experience as a health coordinator or team leader in rehabilitation settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate paramedical and rehabilitation activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and effective service delivery.
- Facilitate communication among team members and other departments.
Requirements
- Holding a Bac+4 degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience as a Healthcare Manager or similar role; a Master 2 or IFCS diploma is highly desirable.
- Expertise in post-acute care and rehabilitation is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Temporary contract with opportunities for extension.

Benefits
- Monthly gross salary of €3,150.
- 14th month salary paid pro-rata based on presence.
