We enable standardisation and automation of the core business processes and create a single source of truth of financial data. *About the Team & Role* This senior project management role is specifically dedicated to lead end-to-end Finance R2R transformation processes. This leadership role is essential for driving cross-functional integration, managing our complex project portfolio, ensuring Agile and LBIP+s project delivery, and steering organizational change to support our long-term digital strategy. You will spearhead the integration of Finance deeply with Sales & Distribution, D2M, and Industry business functions, underpinned by SAP S/4HANA. As a transformation leader at Airbus Helicopters, you will drive simplification, harmonization, and innovation across the digital landscape. Located at the AH Marignane site, you will play a crucial role in engaging the Finance community and collaborate with other functions on digital transformation & ERP core model definition and deployment. Your mission involves Business Process transformation, new digital capabilities and ways of working. In close collaboration with other functions and transformation teams you will drive E2E process standardization, simplification and Harmonization across functions, processes and entities. Ensuring pragmatic Agile (Safe) project delivery while maintaining a high level of compliance on ambition, quality, cost and schedule. *What you will be doing* To lead ERP Finance project and ensure EF core model integration within other E2E processes:

• Drive the seamless integration of Finance processes with Logistics, MRO, and Industry domains, ensuring a unified and optimized ERP ecosystem.
• Review project request, prepare one pager support prioritization and deliver Business Case
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You oversee the project from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from senior management to end-users. You manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and support.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. You also track and resolve issues as they arise, preventing them from derailing the project.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, which can include business analysts, developers, quality assurance testers, and finance subject matter experts. You coordinate, give meaning to tasks and ensure effective collaboration in an Agile scrum methodology.
• Work closely with the business to manage the organizational change that comes with new systems and processes, ensuring user adoption through effective communication, training, and support.
• Implement and maintain project tracking tools for resources, costs, schedule, risks, and project scope/content.
• Ensure accountability for project methodology and its end-of-phase deliverables

To support Business Analysis & Strategic Deliverables:

• As a project deliverable, identify opportunities to streamline financial processes using SAP S4H, Celonis, and RPA. Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Evaluate feasibility of technical solutions (SAP SAC, Palantir) to ensure strategic alignment. Lead UAT execution and data integrity audits as part of the project lifecycle.
• Accompany business teams to foster a culture of digital excellence and ensure successful user adoption of new ERP capabilities.
• Your Competences & Profile*

Technical skills:

• You have a Master's degree in Corporate Finance, International Accounting, Audit or Business IT with relevant certifications
• You have a negotiation level in English. Proficiency in French is a strong asset.
• You have 10+ years experience leading finance transformation or large-scale projects and system implementations in an international environment, ideally in large complex organizations or consulting firms
• You have solid foundational knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax), Compliance and Audit Business Processes
• You have in-depth Experience in Finance R2R process design and integration w. D2M, O2C, S&D and SAP ERP S4H transformation.
• You have experience in leading Complex ERP S4H project teams, managing project-portfolios, running multiple initiatives in parallel
• You have good project management skills (Especially LBIP+ Agile) and having a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
• You have experience in change management with expertise in concepts and techniques
