• *What you will be doing **

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Strategy & Transformation Specialist and can expect to be involved in the following:

1. Developing strategic planning roadmaps to capture market dynamics and customer insights for a 5-to-10-year vision.
2. Supporting métier-specific strategy definitions for critical global sectors like Blades, Dynamic Components, or Equipment.
3. Executing the SCube transformation strategy and managing end-to-end project portfolios and performance frameworks.
4. Coordinating leadership office operations by aligning cross-functional agendas and managing high-impact business communication kits.
5. Typical work project 1: Synthesizing market dynamics, competitive data, and foresight studies to build an offset roadmap or map out potential M&A targets.
6. Typical work project 2: Organizing end-to-end transformation projects and tracking performance KPIs like Risks & Opportunities (R&O), CAPEX, and PSP.
7. Typical tools / technologies learned: Digital and AI implementation frameworks, data analytics for market intelligence, and enterprise backbone configuration tools.
8. What you will learn: How to design, communicate, and deploy global change frameworks, cultivate an end-to-end value stream mindset, and balance momentum between key global hubs.
9. Technical qualifications you will learn: End-to-end licensing procedures, export control operational compliance protocols, and cybersecurity/data compliance securitization.
10. Rotational placement activity: A tailored assignment embedded within either the Digital & Innovation team executing the 'Sort Digital' roadmap, the Operational Compliance team handling intangible asset classification, or on-site at a primary manufacturing hub like Donauwörth or Marignane.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Strategy & Transformation Specialist. **What we are looking for** To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or a related field .
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of strategic analysis, project management, digital transformation, or business governance .
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
