Job Title: Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service and Administrative Support Specialist! In this role, you will report directly to the after-sales manager and play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional reception for both in-person and phone inquiries.
- Handle billing and payment processing for clients in the mechanical and bodywork workshop.
- Engage in commercial activities, including follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and promote brand image.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, appointment management, filing, and data tracking.
