Internship - Operational Marketing Officer

YOUR ROLE

Within the marketing department, you will contribute to the deployment of operational marketing actions to support the visibility, attractiveness, and performance of CMA CGM's offerings.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the design and implementation of marketing action plans: promotional campaigns, communications, digital, events, trade shows.
• Creating and updating marketing materials: flyers, brochures, newsletters, digital content, web pages, etc.
• Collaborating with the Digital Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing management of marketing campaigns in line with business needs.
• Monitor the competition, market, and sector to inform marketing recommendations.
• Help monitor the performance of marketing actions (KPIs, simple reporting).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business School or equivalent.
• Initial experience in marketing is appreciated (internship or work-study program).
• You have a good grasp of the basics of marketing: market research, CRM, multi-channel communication, digital marketing.
• You are comfortable creating content: Canva, Adobe Express, or any other graphic design tool is highly appreciated.
• You have strong analytical skills: you know how to manipulate simple data, interpret insights, and structure recommendations.
• You have excellent writing and communication skills.
• You are organized, rigorous, and proactive.
• You are proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
• You are fluent in English.
• Your curiosity and creativity, combined with your initiative, will be assets for success in this position.
