YOUR ROLE

As a key partner to the Strategic Planning and Performance Department, you will play a role alongside its leader in structuring, implementing and monitoring this transformation at a global level. You will work at the center of the group’s strategic decisions, interacting directly with executive teams, functional leaders and regional teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Analyze complex topics using detailed data and process insights to support decision-making on performance, efficiency and priority initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic discussions on company positioning transformation priorities and long-term goals, while challenging and structuring stakeholder input.
• Lead key strategic initiatives, including organizational changes, performance improvements and digitalization projects ensuring alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with regions, functions and business lines to ensure coherence and progress in implementing transformation initiatives.
• Develop and oversee performance indicators, dashboards and reviews to track progress, anticipate challenges and recommend corrective actions.
• Create clear and impactful presentations for the CEO, Executive Committee, and CMA CGM Group summarizing complex topics effectively.
• Drive change across the organization by engaging stakeholders, challenging processes and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Play a central role in shaping CEVA’s transformation in a fast-paced, international environment, directly influencing the company’s future trajectory.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Business or engineering school (Grande Ecole) essential. MBA or equivalent advanced degree desirable.
• Experience: + 10 years’ experience including consulting essential. Experience in transformation programs within global organization desirable.
• Fluent English
• Business finance
• Proficiency in analysis and presentation tools essential
• Logistics desirable
• Skills Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with attention to detail and rigor
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to perform under pressure, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder alignment across all organizational levels
