- Fix litigations blocking the flow (received by email and/or within SAP extracted from litigation tool) by following a defined procedure,
- Analyze SAP bugs,
- Keep up-to-date for each litigation a follow-up of root causes that lead to litigation and lauch corrective actions if any with dedicated stakeholders,
- Key user SAP - manage SAP/server authorizations for the department: SAP job attribution or revocation, server authorization access, ...
- Create, prioritize and drumbeat SAP modifications requested to Method&tools Dpt (JIRA tickets)
- Keep up-to-date a monthly dashboard with key indicators : litigations received/solved, TAT of litigation treatment,
- Keep up-to-date a training document for users and update processes and ensure trainings,
- Support Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul department: update SAP if required (POs, quotes, ....)
- Apply specific processes: create complex POs (working parties, ...), fictive flows, subsidiaries DC flow, ...
- Continuous improvement: collect all tool improvements awaited by the team and participate to transversal projects related to SAP,
- Capabilities on IT programming and development,
- Advanced knowledge on SAP data management,
- Relational capabilities, team spirit,
- Experience in project management/contribution
- Experience in the implementation of continuous improvement measures especially automatization
- Good communication skills and willingness to communicate in a team and with internal customers
- High level of cooperation with stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel/ G Sheet
