Join Our Team as a Health Services Manager
Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare sector? We are seeking a dedicated Health Services Manager to join our team on a temporary contract. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in health management, rehabilitation, or related fields.
Your Role
As a Health Services Manager, you will:
- Organize and coordinate paramedical and rehabilitation activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of a Bac+4 degree.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience as a Health Manager with a Master 2 or IFCS diploma.
- Expertise in follow-up care and rehabilitation is a plus.
Working Conditions
This position offers:
- A gross monthly salary of €3,150.
- A 14th month payment prorated based on your time with us.
- Lunch vouchers and full coverage of public transport costs.
