Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Product Manager H/F to lead critical Data & Analytics projects within our Information Management (IM) / IT Department , operating in a dynamic Agile environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to timelines and budgets, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will leverage your deep project management expertise and Agile mindset to facilitate collaboration, manage risks, and drive successful project completion. Your working environment: Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. It is located near the cities of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, which host a rich cultural and tourist offer. - Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, adhering to Agile principles.
- Agile Team Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) for one or more development teams, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
- Product Backlog Management Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring their active engagement.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial targets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through collaboration with testing teams and adherence to quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to Agile processes and project management methodologies within the team and the wider organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication across development teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant departments.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular and accurate project status reports, including progress against milestones, budget adherence, and risk mitigation efforts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and project management best practices.
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive Project Management Experience: Significant and demonstrable experience (typically 5+ years) in managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on data & analytics initiatives.
- Deep Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Data & Analytics Knowledge: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration processes, business intelligence tools, and analytics methodologies.
- Strong Leadership & Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to lead and facilitate Agile teams and drive effective collaboration.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Stakeholder Management Expertise: Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
- Risk Management Proficiency: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous.
