Join Our Team as a Health Care Manager in Rehabilitation
Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Manager in Rehabilitation to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate paramedical activities in a rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate paramedical and rehabilitation activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists.
- Ensure high-quality care and support for patients in rehabilitation.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with patients.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bac+4 degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management within a healthcare setting.
- Experience as a Health Care Manager or equivalent, with a Master's degree or IFCS diploma preferred.
- Expertise in post-acute care and rehabilitation is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Contract type: Fixed-term contract (CDD).
- Location: Flexible, based on organizational needs.
Benefits:
- Monthly gross salary of €3,150.
- 14th month salary paid pro-rata based on attendance.
- Lunch vouchers and transportation reimbursement (100% coverage for RTM subscription).
