With 237 rooms and a spacious rooftop terrace above Boulevard des Dames, Ruby Lilou sits at the heart of it all. Between the old port, La Joliette’s business buzz and the winding lanes of Le Panier, Marseille’s cultural soul is right on your doorstep.

• make sure our kitchen, dishwashing area and work surfaces are sparkling clean and tidy
• ensure that dishes, cutlery & co. always end up in the right place
• maintain our high hygiene standards and know HACCP like the back of your hand
• roll up your sleeves and help with prep work in the kitchen
• lend a hand when it comes to goods receipt, inspection, and storage
• take care of waste disposal & empties management
• help keep things running smoothly across both the kitchen and service areas

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• an eye for cleanliness and order
• a great sense of humor and enjoy working in a team
• are motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility
• reliable, multitasking, and proactive
• some first experience in a kitchen, stewarding or gastronomy is a plus – but not a must
• good communication skills in English and/or French
