Join Our Team as a Health Rehabilitation Manager
Are you ready to take your career in healthcare to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Rehabilitation Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in health management and rehabilitation.
Your Role
As a Health Rehabilitation Manager, you will:
- Organize and coordinate paramedical and rehabilitation activities.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychomotor therapists.
- Ensure the smooth operation of rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities within the rehabilitation unit.
- Facilitate communication among team members to enhance patient care.
- Implement best practices in rehabilitation and recovery.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in management within a healthcare setting.
- Experience as a Health Manager with a Master 2 degree or IFCS diploma is preferred.
- Expertise in follow-up care and rehabilitation is a plus.
Working Conditions
This position offers a monthly gross salary of €3,150 , with a 14th month paid proportionate to the time worked. Additional benefits include:
