IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project...

Plan Bleu for environment and development in the Mediterranean is looking for an IVY volunteer!

The volunteer will support the Interreg project “Dialogue4Nature (D4N) - Dialogue4Nature, the Institutional Dialogue Project of the Interreg Euro-MED Natural Heritage Mission" , under the Programme "Interreg Euro-MED".

The objective of the Interreg project "Dialogue4Nature (D4N)" is to protect, restore, and enhance the natural environment and heritage of the Mediterranean region. This involves promoting better governance and coordination among Mediterranean stakeholders to harmonize nature conservation policies and integrate them into sectoral policies.

The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:

• Contributing to the collection and analysis of strategic documents from participating countries (national, international and project reports) and to the drafting of national reports in conjunction with the Biodiversity team, national consultants and stakeholders;

• Organising and participating in virtual and face-to-face meetings: preparing and sending invitations, communicating with stakeholders, drafting summaries of discussions, conclusions and recommendations;

• Contributing to the mapping of relevant actors and the collection and analysis of regional data and information on the thematic policies of the countries concerned;

• Contributing to the organisation of the annual institutional dialogue: logistical support (liaison with service providers, partners, participants), preparation of the agenda and guiding documents;

• Participating in D4N project coordination meetings and internal meetings with the Plan Bleu team: drafting of discussion summaries;

• Participating in Plan Bleu's communication activities relating to its activities within the framework of the project: drafting of articles for the website and posts for social networks in conjunction with the Plan Bleu Communication team.

Other information:

Financial support of: 33.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included) .

Location: Marseille, France.

Start and duration: March, for 6 months.

Deadline for applications: 12 February.

Languages*: English (C1), French (C1).

*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.
